How do we proceed?
Esthetic
diagnosis
After unpacking the smartphone received, its external appearance is screened. The screen, the chassis and the back shell are analyzed for scratches, marks or traces of impact. A cosmetic condition is then assigned to each smartphone according to its general aesthetic condition.
Smartphone functionality
With the help of a certified software, our seller's technicians will subject each smartphone to nearly 40 tests in order to verify one by one its functionalities (screens, cameras, flash, sensors, sounds, vibrator, connectivity, oxidation...).
Battery
certification
Each smartphone passes a battery overconsumption test through an intensive use simulation. Loop undertakes to systematically replace the smartphone battery if it is less than 80% of its original battery health.
Cleaning and packaging
With the help of suitable equipment, the smartphone is meticulously cleaned to remove all dust and is then placed, secured and carefully protected in a cardboard case.
